Dodgeball, 5v5, with 1 human controlled player. This may change, but that's the plan for now. I'll probably name it something other then 'Dodgeball'. Below is a quick mock-up that I'm going to use to get the mechanics working.



The 5 D's of Dodgeball - dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge!

Hah! This is exactly what I did tried to do for the last Versus compo (http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=17193.0).

Anyways, I love Dodgeball, so I'm definitely looking forward to this...

Got some of the core setup.



Next is AI for the CPU player. Going to be a lot of randomness here, I want to make a challenging fast paced little game.

I've looked into making it multiplayer and I'd have to rewrite some stuff to make it work with the free Smartfox Server, but I might look into it after this is over.

Nice! I was thinking of going with that type view. But decided upon 2d top-down.

My players now have some brains. Next I'm adding the ball physics, player control and game mechanics.
