Joystiq is presenting the finalists for IndieCade's primary games festival.

http://www.joystiq.com/tag/indiecade-2008

Our game was fortunate enough to be picked, 'Dangerous High School Girls in Trouble!' So we're biased in presenting this info. The indiecade festival info:

However, methinks the competition will knock us out of the actual awards. Folks here know, casual indie games aren't real indie games... :-P

cheers to all the finalists,

That reminds me, I still need to review that game (I kind of got sidetracked). Still can't get past that one area I mentioned in the email though Sad

I didn't forget about this contest, I just didn't think I was going to have my project up and running in the time they wanted.

I'm focusing on the retro remake compo now.  Beer!

I'm glad Joystiq is covering independent games, too. My impression is that they hardly ever mentioned them.
