Update

After releasing "Hammer Time" on newgrounds
http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/680231 , i'm goin back a bit to Malaika princess Victory Road and help my coders complete it .

We got some bugs Yesterday , the funny part is that the boss is doing some mystic apparition at the center of the screen


I think he's gonna fix it , i may have found the cause of it "LUCKILY" , so we can reproduce it hopefully.


We are in the part where we will work the totems formations (totems are the yellow cubes you gonna use to survive the boss longest possible ) and after that the boss attacks and review it and done.

Okay new video !
I'm going back solo to the game creation of Victory Road , will work on it a bit 1 day on  2 or 3
Game is basically done , i'm testing stuff and replacing the old sprites (the ground is not replaced yet as you can see )

New Feature
Game is 1280 pixel long now , i hope fluidity will stays
Attacks make the game fall in fps, i'll fix that

I am struggling with my huge 2d sprites haha , still better than unity  (the unity version is canned now )

Anyway huge freeze when i summon the my giant to the rescue

Now the game is 1280 , still fluid , i'm kinda happy , i'll try to go for 1280*720*50fps !

Unfortunetly the coder have to take another job and lately it the development began slow and all , so i'm doing it myself , it will be very fine and the game is like done , i'm perfecting it as much i can
The hard part would be the short anime i want to create for it , but i hope it will be fine.

Worked crazy hard to deal with a regular bug on my project
I also tested a new ia of the boss but it's hard as you can see on the video

The crazy blue screen wich appear when you got a SHIELD item on the road will be gone Facepalm

Watch it in 720p please (not 60 fps unfortunetly )

It's kinda my first beta public test but the game have some stuff to be removed and added (there is one attack , the giant does wich will be removed

I want people to help me notice how the framerate is , that's the point of the dropbox link
It's a swf game so please if you want , pick it and tell me the fps you got , go check it ingame at the up right corner of it

There is no invincible mode so you gonna have to play a bit

To play :
In the beginning : N then ENTER (will be changed later )
Ingame commands : keyboards , enter is for the super

Concept :
Go trough the yellow cubes (totems ), yellow and black, red are to avoid obviously
Boss touch you, game over, game is endless, competitive is the key to this game (but not here now )
To avoid being touched by the Boss (omirokan) , enable the totems by touching them , going through them , and turning them into  device to block the boss, they become blue the most time , but you can touch them using different moves and enable different attacks
Another way to be touched ans survive is to pick up a Water ice Goddess of protection , she have a shield in her hands


Superman jewels improve your score

Boss attacks and projectiles will make him rush to you, there is no life jauge


To use the SUPER, touch a black totem, and then you can press ENTER to see how it goes !


If i get feedback , i'll take the link down

remember , i need the fps , please , try to play long to see if the fps stays good

I'm uploading here , cant keep upload on others thread

So i made an anime long time ago (between 2008/2009 ) called Malaika Princess :  The champions

The game i'm developing is like a sequel to that anime

That anime was originally subtitle in french and no sound

So i'll work the english version and try to upload it for those interested

Right now i can't provide a music and sound effects

So i started , the beginning is here

The original langage is still readable but dont mind it

Can you read whats goin on Huh?

New gameplay video

Lot of things to do and tweaks but big have been done

It's a HTML5 technology now , lets hope it will work out

I'll try to sell it on android later with some bonuses

Let to do

Design some minibosses
fix the shoot
adding the pillars (you have to shoot to get through , pillars are strong to stop the boss but they might kill you )
Add the XP mode
Drawing the beginning art , and some backgrounds
Fix some IA movement boss
Probably remove the slope grounds
Do the PNG gameplay (boss will try to kill some png on the road and you'll have to save them )
Add a new attack (final add ) to the boss
Fix the Thunder attack of the boss (lag crazy )

DEVS public beta test 01
This link is for devs who can play SWF games and tell me the FPS they get overall , FPS monitor is UP , RIGHT in the screen
Game is not final at all , i want FPS monitoring after many plays , like you die 5 times at least , when you die , game auto reboot automatically, ESC to go back or R , Reload with SPACEBAR

How to Play :
Press N at title screen
Press ENTER after
Arrows keys to play, UP= jump, DOWN=Duck,LEFT=Dash backwards,RIGHT=Dash forwards
Double jump is allowed here
Groundpound is duck in air, it can be down at any time in air
The girl is so fast , she can slide on small holes in the ground.
Go through Yellow cubes , avoir red cubes
Dont let the Boss touch you , Yellow cubes touched will perform that wish
The score only appears before rebooting
Point is to survive the longest , so biggest score possible
No leaderboards here.

Game will be shown on Newgrounds when done with ADS , free to play.

To sum up
I need to know< your fps , so i'll see if my optimization worked out

Menu screen art and better animation for the Giant crushing the ground









Sometimes the giant doesnt right moves but still coding it

The ground became more complex to deal with but it's interesting
