Well I've spent more time developing than playing this year, but I will quickly chip in for a couple of favourites:

1. Zaga-33
2. Spectromancer: Gathering of Power

I hope FTL does well too but I shan't vote for it because I haven't got around to playing yet.

Spelunky hits the #1 spot for me I guess, since I played it far more than any other indie game this year. Journey was fucking amazingpants though.

I like how nobody mentioned Spelunky, and then somebody asked about it, and then EVERYBODY mentioned Spelunky. But yes, Spelunky. That's the only "indie" game that I thoroughly enjoyed this year and didn't get to play enough of (no XBox 360)
