An OCS amiga can display 32 colours simultaneously in low-res mode, without any special tricks like half-bright or HAM! What do you think it is, an Atari ST?Huh?   Lips Sealed

By the way, the game-that-isn't-supersprint that you are all wondering about is 'Indy Heat'.

Correct, however we've already established that it's not an amiga low-res mode screenshot since the horizontal resolution is greater than 350. In hi-res mode I'm relatively sure the maximum number of simultaneous colours is 16.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but you're forgetting overscan. PAL overscan can be as wide as 360.

<Ahem> Let me put it this way, since it's been a day now. It's an amiga screenshot. Of a game which had a commercial release.

Renton is the winner!  Gentleman Post a new screenshot, Renton!

Turbo, a game by Microillusions, who knew how to publish good games. How many racing games have you played where you crash, your car explodes, then a little guy runs from the burning hulk only to be ground into jam under the wheels of your mate's car?

For those of you who were interested, the first one was another Amiga game called 'Master of the Town', where you had to smash all the glass in the small German suburb by throwing rocks before the cops arrived. It was 'Operation Wolf' meets 'Rocking the Suburbs'. A game from a simpler, better time, when indie games were not called indie games, but 'public domain'.

Ok, time for one of my favourites of all time. If I ever remade a game (in the sense of doing modern graphics for an old game) it would be this one.

blimey thats ugly for an amiga game.

I have to agree there... I initially assumed it was an Atari ST game for that reason.  Evil

:D Yeah I knew it was too easy but I couldn't resist.  Beer!

I guess to make it hard, you have to steer clear of these games that exist on big databases...
