Hi,

Since I have finished my game I spent my time at searching websites to contact, send emails, follow up, etc. Unfortunately there are so many people to contact that it becomes difficult to keep track of the current state of the process.

Currently I use a file where I write where the submission process is for various sites, another to list the people I have contacted, when, and if I have sent a follow up. It is very difficult to manage and it never answers the question "What should I do today?".

So, my questions are: how do you handle the communication process? Is there any software that can help me for this?
