I just went to sleep - but the sleep wouldn't take, so I'm just gonna ask about this instead =)

If I were to have a bunch of people play a beta and have a form that could be filled in, what would I ask then?

Like:

# Overall experience

# Good points

# Bad points

# Hardware

Perhaps?
