With the combat does the players actions occur first then the enemies so the enemies actions don't interfere?

Pretty much, except the AI can have "reactive" abilities like the parry from the previous turn, and an algorithm processes the player's queued actions and gives the AI permission to move if there are no dependencies.

Very interesting premise thanks for the info.  Looks great, not a big fan of just being able to jump behind someone and backstab them but the rest looked really cool.  Will definitely have to see how it develops.

When I watched it I thought it was really good being a heavy fan of tactical RPG combat but my cousin who saw it was super confused with all the things going on screen at once not being a huge strategy fan.

Anyways keep it up  Beer!

Ooh, the battle system's usually the last thing to excite me about an RPG, but the Transistor-esque system with an entire party looks awesome.
