yeah me too. Wasteland 2 and Project Eternity seem cool and all, but this one really interests me.

They basically said that a lot of writing staff did not have anything to do atm on the Wasteland project.

I'm not really a fan of the western style of RTS-like isometric RPGs, it's something about how you can barely see your characters from all the way up there. I greatly prefer the third-person style of exploration. But, the plot is definitely impressive, if not ridiculously overcomplicated.

Whatever, I'm sure going to monitor that one. Torment is the only game I've finished 3 times, and I generally don't like finishing games...

thats going to depend on the quality of these kickstarter gams. i mean i donated to the wasteland 2 kickstarter but i'm not gonna get hyped for the new torment until wl2 is released and turns out to be good.

btw, i like this renewed interest in old school crpgs and i hope that after these remakes/sequels, someone will take the next step and do something new with the format. one of the things that makes these games so fascinating to me is that there's so much untapped potential in them.
