The particles could have shadows like the trees! But I'm trying to keep it still.. NES-y. We'll see how that turns out, though. I spent the weekend converting from Multimedia Fusion 2.5 to Unity. Here's the result:



I think the layering and movement of the explosions really helps the form of the explosion pop.

I've been posting a lot in the devtober discord and my twitter handle @lunarsignals. I wish I was better at devlogs, but I'm pretty scatterbrained day to day and the quality isn't as consistent as the devlogs I've seen and liked.

Ordnas, that transition is looking sick.

I've been working on enemy AI. The goos are pretty good and modular. This is 90% of a sword & board melee enemy. I need to come up with how it decides to start putting up its shield... I have no idea
