I've sorted the flights, got the ticket, now just need to sort out somewhere to stay. From the looks of the roster thread I'm not the only one, so I thought I'd start this thread to get it sorted out! I'm hoping to do things properly and go to london for 4 nights - thursday till sunday.

Option 1: I've been looking at hostels near the jam, but there's nothing really affordable unless you're looking at dorm rooms - that's worth considering, at least! If we can get a group of 4, 6 or 8 together we should be able to get accommodation for around 10 euro a head. Who's in?

Option 2: Are there any london based tiggers out there with a couch to spare?

Option 3: Sleep is for the weak!

I guess I'd be in.  That said: a spare bed/couch/floor would be more appealing for me and my finances.

It's getting a bit close to leave to chance, so I'm probably just going to go ahead and book a hostel tonight. If I can still get one, that is Shocked

Yeah, I still have to book my flight down Shocked

Better get it sorted out tomorrow night.

If anyone does have a flat I could crash in, that would be sexy. Otherwise, I'm happy to just sleep at the jam, I guess. Somehow. I'll work it out.

Right guys, it is apparently OK for people to crash round at ours.

The flat is in Shoreditch, so it'll be a couple of bus rides away, at least one anyway as we're nowhere near a tube station.

We have floor space and a largely uncomfortable sofa on which people can sleep. I will look into these cheap £1 lilos that corpus has been mentioning. Plenty of pound shops near here. And great kebabs too guys, just saying. They do testicles around here too if you are man enough.

Now as for numbers - I can easily support 4 or 5 people and more if you clump together. corpus is in, BenH is in if he comes, increpare is in, leaves 2-3 places or more if necessary.

Let me know.

How much can I expect to pay for the bus rides?

Also, there will be limited floor space at the jam if people have something they can lie on Smiley

There are also a number of nearby hostels.

That's very kind of you Haowan, please thank your wife for me, too!

I presume we're all meeting at the jam first?

I might be able to have someone crash at my place, it's pretty small and my flatmate has to give it the ok (he's away for the next few weeks) - so i wont be able to find out 'till later on. I'll see what I can wangle...

Oh yes, everyone at Beatnik lives in London, so get your blagging hats on Wink
