Absolutely gorgeous! I made a comment on your soundcloud about a specific moment that works so well. What String VST are you using? LA Scoring Strings

My personal favorite are Hollywood Strings by EW, but I'll have to look into those out of sheer curiosity

https://soundcloud.com/shadowlabs-567657401a quick one for a little mobile game my friend is currently developing. electronic music really isn't something I'm too familiar with, yet I always end up doing something in that realm! messing with synths (prodigous & medusa on this one) is so god damn fun.

Nicely done! I like the melody and trills. Nice technique, style and execution.

5 months ago I was struggling with the decision wether to come back to my day job (architecture) or keep trying to live of composing. I had no active music job at that moment and I almost quit on my composing career (got a family so saving money is not that simple anymore). Anyway I didn't. Since then I had enough luck to work as a composer/sound designer almost non-stop and yesterday first game with my sound was released on steam. I know it may not seem huge, but for me it kind of is. Anyway, I haven't been that happy for a long, long time and I thought it's a right place to share that little story. Here's the mentioned OST: https://soundcloud.com/cadillac-loops/sets/ass-vs-piratesand a link to steam: http://store.steampowered.com/app/425150

A cover/remake I did of a track I adore in the game Trials Evolution - the track is called Higher. It's published on youtube with permission by Mike Reagan, the original composer.

After a bit of delay -cough- I'm finally ready to share the music I wrote for this year's TOJam! The theme this year was "There Will Be Consequences", so what better way to showcase that theme by having everybody play as really terrible wizards who don't know what runes create what spells? The resulting game is called Wizerd Wars, and I invite you all to check out the music by clicking the link below: https://soundcloud.com/composerfa/sets/tojam-2016-wizerd-wars-Felix

@amushel: Simple but effective. The plucky synth that comes in about halfway is really nice.
@Cadillac_Loops: Really nice instrumentation. Lots of fun to listen to. Good to hear you've found composing work, I hear it's a tricky industry...

http://magory.net/assets/MagoryNET-Water-Owl.mp3 - here is a music I composed a long ago for an old game and recently redone, it has strange rhythm. I have released this piece as a free asset (License: CC BY 4.0, Attribution: Tomasz Kucza / Magory.net), so anyone can use it. My other music is here: https://soundcloud.com/magnesus - I think the Caterpillar Suite sounds the most professional.

I took some time off my game-related gigs to work on a side project. Just released an EP on bandcamp (name your price starting at zero), if you like cyberpunk/synthwave and metal you might enjoy it: https://xetrovoid.bandcamp.com/album/overdoseCheers!

Sounds appropriately somber! A suggestion I'd have to put this thing over the top would be to have the synth play around in the stereo field, since it's quite airy and that'd enhance the mood. For my contributions today, I have A mellow electronic track for a webcomic and The PC-9801 chiptune version! It uses soundboard 86, so it can stream "crisp" 8-bit PCM samples to a single PCM channel, which I use here for drums.
