Well, I agree with agj -  removing the low votes once this is done seems like a good idea. Melly/Benz suggested a stage two of this, which may be a good idea.

I've now squished together all the duplicates and ranked them, but it's for 40 votes.

Melly, Benzido, and anyone else who may want a copy (future reference and such), go ahead and PM me for the .xls file. It's much neater.

I've come to the conclusion that polls are not good enough to decide on what the competition should be. We should actually discuss it. A lot of these ideas are amusing to look at, but if you try to think of a whole competition with them, you see that they simply wouldn't do.

True, but we already had lots and lots of discussion on many of them in the old thread. Clearly discussing such a huge list of options leads us nowhere. I think some voting to establish a couple of favorites isn't such a bad idea? Those could then be discussed again...

Really though, I was always up for Derek and a crack team of TIGers to make the final decision. I only compiled the results because they were there, and messy, and I figured ya'll could do with some Categorising.
