Mmm, I tried it a bit, but then I remembered why IF's can be so frustrating. I had no idea what to do or how to use the items I was carrying. I explored the museum where I could but didn't know what else to do.

Maybe some kind of walkthrough or list of possible actions to use would be useful.

The writing is amusing though. Gentleman

I guess a walkthrough could be useful, but that would really shorten the length of the game to like 3 minutes :D

The game is very unforgiving, but inspired by games such as the old Hitchhiker's IF, this is on purpose.

Hint:
See that bell on the desk? You can bring it with you.

Why doesn't the command 'use' do anything? It's the first thing I think about when handling an object.

Because that's really not specific enough. I don't think I've ever seen an IF that handles that command.

That's because you are spoiled by 'em newfangled graphical adventure games with their pre-school vocabulary Tongue

Inform 7 just introduced sound support, so this is to be expected, I guess. And your spoilerific question is totally correct.

Finally beat it, and it was very well done. At one point, my save file refused to load but I can't seem to recreate it.

It's a good thing I read the help section, or this game would've taken more than an hour. Still looking for 3 more points though. I love IF, and this is just the type of difficulty I love.

Thank you very much Kiss

I've been trying to recreate the feel of the very first IF I played, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It was hard and it was quite possible to get permanently stuck in the game, and I wanted that here, too.
