148 Vampire dog.Me and Hideous Combo Compo Super Awesome Collaboration GO Times! It's a platformer where you're a dog. You can bite stuff. You can also turn into a bat that can fly around, but when you are a bat, garlic will turn you back into a dog. That's all we have right now.

And you'll have a vampire gauge when you're a bat, so you can't fly forever.

Well... taken out of the context of lurid ponderous prose, Lovecraft's stories are pretty silly.

Vampires are great game characters because they already have so many gimmicks.
- Turn into bat - Avoid water - Avoid sunlight - Drain blood - Avoid garlic - Fly / climb walls

I believe they only have to avoid running water, such as rivers. Baths are okay.

A bath isn't much use for washing in unless you run it for a bit..

You could steal other people's full baths.

i is bad at walk cycles here's the vamp-doge-re: The walk cycle isn't too shabby, actually But his right front leg and left back barely move, and the others just swing. Try again

I think the walk cycle is more or less correct, it's just that the perspective makes it look funny.

Reverse-looping walking cycles is usually a bad idea. A good tip for walking animations is to never make the foot land on the same place where it left the ground. You also might want to move the head and tail to make it more dynamic. EDIT:

That is fucking great, but I think his tails is swinging way too fast.

EDIT: Much better, but I agree with Hideous. The tail could easily make just one wag per cycle and it would still look normal. Really dig the design though.

Oh and Deadeye, if I get construct problems, I'll be coming and crying to you!
(especially since I don't really understand animation in it yet)
