It's not dead, it's just..resting...
Seriously though, I had to put it aside for a while; the only time I can get some work done on it is on my daily 2 hours train commute(plus my 30 minute bus ride home, but it's kind of rough in the winter); right now, I'm using the travel time to learn blitzmax; it's hard doing any kind of color stuff on the macbook, especially in the morning with the rising sun glaring through the train's windows. I don't really have the time to work on it at home either, with most of my free time currently being assigned to arcmagi. But I add some features from time to time, and am planning to convert the engine to blitzmax(I already have the movement features implemented)
Enjoy the video capture! It's going to be a mix of megaman and ghosts&goblins. Watch the end closely, for a glimpse at my cluttered desktop, with a hidden plug for the most excellent Mdickie compilation(the You Testament is just awesome. I got a woman pregnant twice in Nazareth, and she would keep bothering me while I was trying to meditate, following me around to show me the kids. So I used the size changing power to grow, and got myself sitting on the tallest rock in the room. Then I used the sea level power to flood the city-being a giant, my head stayed out of the water- and drown those who would stop me on my way to enlightenment...

By the way, the video capture program makes it a bit choppy, it's running at 60fps...
