Nothing to be sorry about :D sorry for the mess on with it not working, but if I can get to the bottom of it you get to play this and all XNA games, and we get a more stable game. Win / win.

These are some pretty high production values! ;p I played only a little so far, and so far so good. I'll give it another go later.

Well, at the end this game was never meant to be played by me. First there was the invocation error, then errors when starting, then a direct x error, and finally, after i fixed everything... MY graphics card does not support pixel shader 2, and the game was never be able to run.
Life sucks.

The screenshots really don't do this game justice. I loved the voice acting, the film grain effect and Nikolas' music (especially the title screen with the theremin ) Lots of style! If there's a sequel it should be called "Herbert West carries on re-animating".

Woohoo! Lovely comments everyone thanks :D we're really pleased how things have turned out and it seems all the major random crashes have been fixed (or properly reported) sorry to those who can't get it to run. L&B&ZC

I had trouble really getting into the game play (possibly because it lagged a bit on my computer). I'll try it again later, though, since the graphics and narration are top-notch.

Cheers, Nightshade Also: love the avatar! By the way, it's probably worth pointing out for anyone who downloaded the game via the torrent that the version on this page: http://www.zombie-cow.com/?page_id=375has had loads of bugs fixed in case you've had trouble playing. Ta.

All righty then, I'll give it one more shot. Hopefully it works for me this time, I've been itching to play this one. From the videos it looks pretty damn sweet.

The game has very high production values. for voice act and 3d animations. Reminded me of Neighbours from Hell.

Will there be an upgrade that adds a corpsy version of Jim?

It worked! I finally got to play this one Awesome game, guys. I really dig the look of it. And the voice work is excellent. I'm not to good at the game itself though, I think I need some zombie-wrangling practice

Sorry but it's unplayable for me, there's a serious framerate issue with my card (Nvidia GO7300) or something. the intro movie was good enough for though

:D thanks! well we're working on the money bit, for now this is plenty fun the compo deadlines make us actually finish something instead of having 20 unfinished projects laid about Sorry it's unplayable Fluroarmadillo Though I can tell you if you try going into regedit HK_LOCALMACHINE/Software/Zombie Cow/ you should find settings for graphic detail. Try setting this to 0 or 1 and it may run smoother. We never got time for an options menu

I was under the impression that the lack of options was a cunning... uh... satire on... um... Herbert's lack of... options? Or something? Let's pretend it's definitely that.
