A Kitty Story

What's it about?

Basically..
It's an non-linear exploration platformer featuring a harmless kitty who ventures out into the
vast wilderness in search for 4(+?) puzzle pieces which unlock an entrance to a tower.

Included along other objects, keys, secrets, mishaps, diverse
monsters, etc. scattered everywhere. I want the world
to be as lively as possible with wildlife and interactive characters populating the areas.

There is a karma system which will increase/decrease karma depending on the choices
you make within the game world. This is usually through helping NPC's(sidequests), but occasionally..
 you can help nature out with its "little things". Choices made within the world
will also affect accessible areas, scenery, and characters.

-Various abilities(Double Jump, Dash, StarJumps, etc.)
-Tons of secret areas.
-Non-linear, Open world gameplay.
-Planned bosses/mini-bosses
-Various Gameplay Styles(I may chuck in some SHMUP moments.)
-Karma System

Very cute.  I think the boulder is too detailed comparatively, but everything else is simple and very well done.

I love that first screenshot: it looks like a pixelated version of a storybook! There's a nice mix of elements from different games that really looks great combined together. Great stuff! Grin

Here's the sequence when picking up a Tower Key. (Although the color is screwed up).


..and some work on a town.
