Hi All,

We are looking to put together a Game Development team for a side project of our Entertainments Company. At Copeland Ents we are looking to (alongside a credible team) put together a web based musical game that breaks the boundaries of modern Music (Without going into too much detail as you can understand!)

We have a clear idea of what we want the game to be but need to put together a team of Game geniuses to make it happen. Initially the roles will be unpaid and working from home, but all team members who are recruited will be guaranteed a paid role if the project takes off.

We are looking for around 3-5 developers to work in the team, 1 of course to be lead developer and manage the team.

How can a company of over 10 years in operation and successful (according to your About page) with a professional website showing very expensive equipment would seek free developers? Also what previous work have you done and who are/were your clients?
