One of many games that kinda didn't manage to get on my radar, but I'm going to play it sooner or later. The concept looked pretty nifty, though.

Demo? Ooooh.
Banjo & Kazooie was the first N64 game I ever played, back in the earlyish days of emulation. It wasn't really playable, because N64 emulators at the time were glitchy and rubbish, but yeah.

I have been excited for this for a long time. I can't WAIT
It was one of the best in the N64 library. I still play my copy every now and then. EMULATION IS FOR LOOOOSARS.

I preordered it, but I can't play the motherfucking demo for a week or so because Microsoft decides to be a total cunt to anyone with only a silver membership and not let them download it. I asked a friend for a 48-hour code and entered it in, and guess what? It only applies to gameplay. Not the market place.
Fuck Microsoft.

Played through the demo. As I expected, I suck at it and every other vehicle oriented game ever. But I'm still getting it. And I'll have to pick up a point card to get the first BK, since nowhere in my town does preorders.
Wait, you need a gold membership to use the marketplace? Goddamn it. Now I need to renew that, as it runs out in like a week. They want me to pay to pay them. Glorious.

Silver membership still has access to everything on the marketplace, except free stuff (demos, free rock band tracks etc) which you have to wait a week longer for.

It looks grand. Even though I kind of wish there were more 3D platformers going around, this new direction looks cool as well.

I was never reasonably impressed by any Banjo Kazooie stuff, and the new games no different. It'll be an awesome game, I'm sure, I just can't get all excited about it. I don't know why.

No 3D platform game is better than the old Banjo Kazooie. You're wrong.

The original Banjo Kazooie was probably THE game of my youth but I kinda don't dare to play it again, for I may not like it anymore.
I'd rather have it be a fond memory.

I thought Banjo-Tooie was the best out of the two N64 games. Much bigger and a lot more gameplay additions. I wish I still had that game actually.

Much to my dismay I really have only foggy memories of that game. I think I never even finished it :T I still should have lying it around here somewhere, along with an N64, but I think I lack the necessary cables to run it. Should probably get them off Ebay some day.

Dude, most of us never finished Tooie. Shit's longer than most games. That world's as big as Daggerfall's, I swear.

I hardly ever finish games, but I finished that. Man, what a triumph.
