Seriously good Pixelart and animations. There's so much detail/feel of movement with such a small amount of pixels.

Is that last gift an ogre/troll woman or just moobs?

will have blood splashes once its implemented in game, and i might add a little chunk of flesh getting torn off Smiley

hey Dayvi, we're using unity, with a thing called ex2d to help with sprites and 2d animation stuff which is all working really nicely... i hear unity has better support for 2d coming soon too

I don't even like multiplayer only games that much, but I have a soft spot for pixel graphics, especially this style, and your designs and animations are incredible

Yeah Unity2D is on its way! It has really nice sprite sheet handling - though I think the best stuff that'll come with that will be in the Pro version only. I have no experience with 2D plugins in Unity, what're they like?

thanks guys!  I'm struggling a bit with some menu art at the moment, so it's nice to have all this encouragement!

this is what I'm working on:


this was the mockup I did for upgrading/evolving your monster between floors, the problem is we're worried it will slow things down too much to have people upgrade one at a time and have to wait while the others upgrade, so now I'm trying to redesign the screen to have 4 people upgrading at once...

oh louisdeb- yeah ex2d has proven really useful.  it has some quirks for sure, but is generally great to work with Smiley

and BigDaveisCheap- thanks so much for the feature!  definitely made my day to see crawl in your vid- also makes me cringe a little at all the placeholder stuff in our old trailer- hopefully we can get together a new one soon with all the updated art!
