JimBob and I spent half of Saturday and Sunday making this: A 1-4 player Deadly Rooms of Death homage but in real time, and using the analogue sticks to swing the sword. I'll probably try and finish off the code at some point this week.

Had lots of fun with terry today in the airport working on even more rendering styles for his simple raytracer
Is this realtime?

Is this realtime? Yeah; they're all real-time. I can upload the code/binaries for them all (terry's original engine was an entry to the one-screen-of-code coding challenge ( here)) if you want to see them. (they'll more likely than not all end up on the net eventually, but if you ask that'll happen much more quickly). THEY'RE ALL RUNNING IN SOFTWARE MODE SO TAKE THAT YE FOUL SHADER 3.0 XNAHEADS

Ditto. You do stuff with a rather different set of tools to me, and I was really impressed with your way of working with things.

Some really wonderful stuff came out of this. I for one can't wait for the final version of Hasselhoff Mystery! I worked on a total of five games at the Jam, two of which have already been posted here: Unattended Luggage with Increpare and Alteisentier in Dublin airport while we waited for our flight, a nebulus style platformer with Dock,Corpus and Alec (via TIGIRC) which is shaping up to be really, really cool (and should hopefully be finished in the new few weeks), and I did a bit of work on my ongoing flash experiment Buster Drake (I've uploaded a new prototype)! The other two games I worked on: A very silly game about a bus: And more seriously, a little jetpack platformer. After we finished up on Sunday night I went to a hotel lobby with Increpare, Alteisentier, MightyPea and BenH and we worked on this: It's sort of a three hour project; I should have it finished off and uploaded tomorrow

Oops, two more shots I forgot about (done on the Stansted express, following a suggestion of Terry's) and another raytracing shot that somehow ended up in my recycle bin

This was a quick mockup I drew on the sunday morning a little bit after I woke up. I was planning on giving it a vectory look so didn't want to post it until I'd made it... vectory, but I think I might actually stick with this sketchy style instead.
