Someone posted this game on the indiegamer.com forums: As expected, everyone there laughed at it. But I love it! Just look at that trailer!! So I'm posting it here for you all to love too. "My dreams have the strange essence." "Sometimes they scare." "I don't know where to go. I'll go to you!!" http://www.quitesoulless.com/index.htmHe seems to know nothing about shareware marketing whatsoever though, he's selling it on Lulu.com and has a 600 MB demo. Which just makes the game all the greater.

I think I mentioned that in the thread over there, yes. That this game is probably more likely to find support here than on indiegamer.com, where they all focus on casual stuff and money-making.

His story is awesome. He said that he inherited a lot of money from his aunt so he bought all the 3D software he could because he wanted to do the game of his dreams

I didn't know you could use willhostforfood for images!
I'm also quite impressed on how fast willhostforfood is spreading, I know the person who started that site (chickenatemydonuts) and I expected the project to fizzle out or something, but he exceeded my expectations and turned it into a great free host for GM games.

Also, he should post this game on 4chan and something awful. If this game became a meme it could make tons of sales, just on the wtf factor.

This is so cool!
Has anyone tried the demo yet and if so, what was it like?

I'm pretty sure that's the only reason The Demon Rush sold any copies.

I'm pretty sure that's the only reason The Demon Rush sold any copies. The only reason people have played is because of that one guy's LP of it, I'll sadly admit to finishing that garbage... all eighteen hours of it. Back on topic though, this looks so bad it might be good though this will never sell very well, or at all probably.

Holy fuck this is amazing.
I'm actually considering buying this. Not pirating this, buying this.
But first downloading the demo.

(15:55:23) theambulants: im installing the quite soulless game right now and reading the "license agreement" (15:55:30) RinkuHero: what's the agreement say (15:55:31) theambulants: " Well, sing my angel of music, grow, Autodesk! Autodesk representative once said, that I am insane. I am not, but I am in love with 3d studio max, the product is a true wonder. During the process of my work several times my basic human rights were terribly violated by the representatives of the government of Russia. Country of Russia, have your negative feedback!" (15:55:45) RinkuHero: haha (15:56:22) theambulants: "If you are still reading, please accept the fact that life is a labyrinth, there is the exit somewhere, but nobody exactly knows where it is."

Wow, this game is the definition of epic. Reminds me of that Zelda movie script some kid wrote, who then some guys made some hilarious trailers from, but whose name I can't remember.
