Resident Evil 4 is such a crappy game, what the hell was Capcom thinking . And I guess now we know why it looks like the game takes place in Happy Rainbow Fun Land... it's because he doesn't like "gray graphics." I guess that's one way to compensate. Also, I like how he tries to justify the (perceived) negative review by saying "there's a lot of quest haters out there." You're just one of those damned Quest Haters, rinku . Why you gotta hate the quests? I don't even really remember you saying anything negative in your video. Unless "Uh I don't know what to do" is negative.

Yeah, the worst I said was that walking that slow without the ability to move faster is annoying (which it is!). But anyway, it does seem that I missed something, so perhaps I'll make a second video where I play the way he recommends.

Yes please! It would be nice to see maybe a little more of the game. without having to play it myself.

Didn't Bob also show a lot of skin? Now that you mention it, yeah he did. What is it with these wacky game designers that makes them all want to prance around naked for everyone?

Isn't the way he recommends simply following the step-by-step instructions of a printed walkthrough? Doesn't that kind of undermine the central point of an adventure game: namely, that you figure out what to do on your own?

I haven't played it yet. The demo's installer is all question marks, and does nothing.

I had that too, but I managed to figure my way through the installer. It's just as confusing as the game itself.

That's true!
That license agreement made me want to write one.
(I am so late in testing out his game! He wanted me to test out a video card problem for him (apparently the black screen I experienced when talking to the toilet was due to some video card problem between the game and the NVIDIA 8500GT), and I forgot.)

I don't know. I just played this and it is one of the best indie games I have ever played. Maybe one of the best games all together. I like everything about it (ps I am not being patronizing like a few of the people in this topic). I like that it is totally incoherent, and that the animation is blocky, and that you have no idea what you're doing. My favorite thing is the graphics. Sometimes I think about making 3D games, and this is pretty much what they all look like in my head. Like this.
But yeah, I think this game is fantastic. I saw a man with a gatling gun shoot at some birds, and then a giant bird with a human head and a mohawk came down and ate him. I didn't really understand why it happened, but I don't think it matters why. I really want to see more of that. I didn't see a lot of the stuff that was in the trailer, and I want to see all of that. I want to see that old lady barfing.
I think instead of comparing this game to other games or criticizing its design or graphics or whatever, you should just accept it for what it is and play it. It's totally bizarre, and I can't think of any other games like it. I'm glad it exists. I'm not saying GIVE IT A CHANCE or anything, I have no idea what it is about or what is going on. It's obviously NOT THAT GOOD. But it's something so ridiculous and interesting and strange that I think it doesn't matter how it compares with other games.
I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!
