Looking for Voice Actor/Actors (American, Male) to record a military-style convo

Hey all!
My name is Rafael Langoni Smith, and I'm a composer representing a Brazilian company. We are currently looking for one or more male American voice actors to record a military dialogue conducted over radio for an upcoming zombie survival game.

There are four distinct voices that can be perhaps done by one or two voice actors. It helps that they're going to be heard over a radio transmission, so one or two of them could be faint and barely audible.

I can handle the radio effect if you send the unprocessed recordings.

Our budget is currently of $200 USD for a dialogue (I think under two minutes total). I hastily translated the beginning of it for demo purposes.
