We're pushing on slowly but steadily. Our level building system is almost ready to try and we plan to make some more substantial progress beginning in June. Stay tuned!

How is the game going? This is one of the more exciting devlogs in recent memories!

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of updates. We've decided to switch over to Unity for the game which makes a lot more sense logistically given Game Maker's limitations. I had also been paying my team members for their contributions but I've decided that I can't really afford to do so, and now I'm working on the project solo, which is going surprisingly well. I'm treating this project as a hobby for the time being, so no Kickstarter or sales plan at the moment. Depending on how my initial progress goes, I may do something more focused and ambitious with the project in the future, we'll see.

Thanks for the support everyone and I'll try to post more updates as I experiment and take my baby steps into C# scripting. Beer!

I have a new

up for you guys! This is my first time programming in Unity using C# so expect progress to be slow as I figure out how to work things out.

New Logo for the project (try to figure out the hidden messages):

Possible Graphic Redesigns:

Ugh I need a better place to host my images...

Anyway, let me know which you like and thanks for watching! Coffee

Also, I like the pixel style the best. It has a certain charm to it.

Is the hidden message "You Are A Burglar!" ?

Also you could use imgur to host your images? I use them and like them a LOT better then photobucket. Photobucket is just so... slow.

I like the original and geometric style, best of luck with your journey into C#!  Gomez

My vote is for original Pixel style, it looks so good! Geometric looks cool, reminds me a bit of Beat Sneak Bandit.

New dev video up:Devlog Vid 2

This week I'm starting on procedural generation for the houses and rooms. This is a big big task for me so I expect to wrestle with it for a while. Right now the system chooses valid positions and sizes for rooms and places them to complete a 6 block long house with 3 different sized rooms.

As always thanks for checking out the project and your feedback is definitely appreciated! Gentleman
