Completely Fair Games Ltd. is seeking talented and committed game developers to help us make
DwarfCorp, the game about managing a colony of ruthless capitalist dwarves. CFG is a brand new game studio in Pittsburgh, PA made up of Carnegie Mellon alumni. We’ve recently gotten a small windfall of funds from our successful Kickstarter, and are ready to start growing our company. What we’d like, ideally, are some more hobbyist-level game developers like ourselves who want to join our venture.

What we’re looking for:
Talented 2D ArtistsJob description:
- Create compelling, high-quality pixel art
- Prototype character, item, icon, and environment art
- Animate and improve upon other artist’s work.
Send:
- A portfolio of work, highlighting relevant pieces
Skilled ProgrammersJob description:
- Develop game logic, AI, User interface, and graphics code for underlying engine.
- Write design tools/editors for other game developers
- Find and fix performance problems and bugs
- Iterate and test new design concepts quickly
Required:
- Some experience with C#, Java or similar language
- Experience with source control
- Experience with a broad range of game programming topics
- Windows development experience
Major Plus:
- Experience with the XNA/Monogame framework
- Experience with Unity
- Experience with Mac/Linux Development

What we are looking for at this time is early partners and contributors to our studio who are willing to work part-time as consultants.
