Vector game assets for a mobile game called 'Pocketz'. I wasn't allowed to use any fancy styles, transparency effects, or even holes in the shapes. Everything is a separate color shape made via pen tool. Favorite pieces: Pink set took four days, blue set took a week and a half. Process and more closeups here!

I only work with vectors because they're the best. (Illustrator) What I use the most: Pen tool Smart guides Pathfinder Ctrl + D (repetition) Symbol sprayer Zigzag effect Here's a picture from my blog

Reaaaallly love this These look great Sved. I'd love to do a game some day with those kind of landscapes, they look so serene. Meanwhile I did something simpler for a LD entry last year: Also, this thread is amazing.

Thanks Mauricio, that's part of the reason why I'm overhauling the game (well that and it was made with AS2). Those screen shots are a few years old now I have ideas on how I can improve the overall look while still using the all the assets I worked so hard on.
