What should upset you is the fact they kill thousands of animals every year for no reason, not some pointless flash game.

I'll admit, I haven't seen the video at the end, but if its anything like the others PETA has pushed, it isn't real.  The killing is real, but its done by PETA's own members and not the actual industry they're trying to villainize.  Their own fur industry video proves this, since the method the "worker" uses to skin the animal (while still alive) is, from a production standpoint, horribly inefficient and actually ruins the fur in the process.  Not only that, the worker isn't even in uniform for the place their attacking.  PETA is a disgusting organization.

I'm with Haowan here. You guys are upset at a fucking flash game, when they euthanize more than 90% of the animals they "liberate"?  Undecided
Am I only allowed to hate one part of PETA?  I hate the stupid games they make, I hate the retarded campaigns they put forth, and yes, most of all I hate their hypocritical methods.

I love PETA!

Mostly I love how they use sexism to 'fight' animal oppression, constantly lie, murder animals and then officially endorse KFC because now KFC kills slightly fewer animals than before.

WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE!?

So I thought the whole "they kill animals" thing was a joke at first, then I wiki'ed it, and all I can say is:  Shocked Cry

Hypocrisy makes me sad, and so does killing animals.  Cry

It's depressing that PETA's campaigns seem to encourage people to disregard the many more reasonable arguments for a vegan diet, at least on the few message boards I frequent.

Yes, because I'm a gamer, not an animal activist or Buddhist.

After seeing the photos of those poor puppies and cute little dogs, I can't hesitate to pronounce that very relaxing phrase, although it unfortunately doesn't help to change the situation a bit: Fuck PETA.

You should include luering impressionable college freshmen into your ranks via atractive members of the opposite sex and obnoxious protests into your gameplay. Then brain washing them into giving you all their parent's money and commiting crimes in your name.

I actualy don't give a crap about how many animals they unthinize. They are also responsible for ruining many of their members lives.

Back to the topic... something in the style of Oiligarchy, maybe? It was the first thing that came to mind.

Edit: Okay, that was too short. So. Something like... different screens where you can achieve your goals separately. Players start off on the main screen where you are N.I.C.E. PETA operatives who clear the streets of strays. You've just joined PETA! Once you capture a suitable number of strays, you are let in on the secret - they need to be euthanized! You move up in the ranks and while you still go and capture strays, you must now also take care of euthanasia in the van!

Then once you meet a sufficent target the more screens open up to you as you get promoted. This is where the neat stuff like 'domestic zoo terrorism' and 'honeyfarm terrorism' and 'meat factory terrorism' is possible.

Basically a bunch of minigames that are unlocked as you gain points. And then with those points you can spend them on campaigns to help keep up PETA's reputation.
