"Sinister names — Nasht — Kaman - Thah.""Ancient and unknown ruins — strange and immortal bird who speaks in a language horrifying and revelatory to the explorers."Download Here (new and improved)Hello TIGS This is a game where you talk to a bird. Sound is required! I love all those kooky names Lovecraft came up with. I can just imagine HP in his gloomy victorian house making weird sounds with his throat and writing them down, snickering maniacally. I started this early, then gave up frustrated, then bumrushed the show this last week. I would have posted earler otherwise. My original plan was to have a more Cthulu-esque character, but deep booming voices, or alien guttural voices, were very hard to comprehend. The bird will understand a few simple words. He's not quite Dr. Sbaitso yet. There is no point to this game except, hopefully, a few chuckles.

I'm getting an error when I try to open the archive. In fact, it's not downloading at all? A problem with Willhostforfood?

Man, I can't understand what the bird say, or what it asks me to type. Pretty creepy though.

I told it No. It asked me if I was sure. I said Yes. Then it told me off. I asked why. "Why? You fool-ish hu-man."
Think I'll stop playing for a while, now. It seems obsessed with "Smaa-shatog-yaa"
This is incredible.

Oh wow. I have no idea what the words it's telling me to spell are. Incredibly confusing. Love it, though.

The bird actually gets pretty easy to understand once you've been listening to the damn thing for hours and hours on end Thanks for all the non-hateful comments. Confusion was the only card I had left after I lost hope in trying to make a legitimate game out of it. Wish I had time to add more conversation elements. It only understands a handful of keywords. I had some Eliza chatbot source code I wanted to integrate, and an idea for generating responses by feeding some Lovecraft stories through a markov chain thingy. But alas!

Man, it tells me that this application failed to initialize properly. I guess 64 bit windows xp may be the problem?

ain't no backspace in the county spelling bee, and ain't no backspace in whatever is going on here. Man, it tells me that this application failed to initialize properly. I guess 64 bit windows xp may be the problem?
gosh, what do you do with all those bits? guess I ought to learn about 64 bit programming some time.

Love the game, but it's impossible for me to beat. After a few rounds, the bird starts to repeat letters, words or just blurt out gibbberish at random times. Mostly when it's supposed to pronounce the name. Can't spell a name I can't hear. Not easy to enterpret "MasoooooofoenfarfarFARFARFARkaahnSHHHH"
At some points it just says Tweet or Kaah over and over with no new hint. Rarely continues after that.
Still though. Love it. "imbecile!"
A backspace function would be great too.

I think if you type "what" the bird repeats the last name, along with the deity's role.
This game is really strange, and strangely compelling. I like it, even if it's hard to spell the names correctly (I've gotten only 1 point so far!)
