Hi writers! I'm developing a page for my web portfolio that introduces myself. However, because I have a history of misusing verb tenses, I'm hoping some of you is willing to take a few minutes and check for parts that need correcting. Thanks!

Here's what I've got done:

Video Game Developer / I.T. Specialist

The one with a unique imagination.

Here is Jonathan, who has a knack with programming and enjoys video games! You are about to see my aspiration on video game development, presenting new and unique ideas to all players. I’m gladly working onward to seek employment in game development and software programming.

Started about 10 years ago, I have worked independently on creating video games in several gaming genres on the PC. I have also learned several important skills regarding game development along the way including market research and customer retention. Major assets that I have worked with include software programming, graphic design, animation, and sound & music composition.

I fully understand the fundamentals of object-orientated programming; making me adaptable to many programming languages thrown to me. My college degree is in computer analysis and programming and my studies covered major languages including VB.NET, C#, and Java. I am also flexible on working in several different areas of programming including software development and website design – just to name a few! Understand too that while my career goal is working with video games, I’m fully capable on other computer-related projects that are not video games as such.

Meanwhile, I independently construct new games and also work on freelance I.T. projects. I also research new technologies to discover more ways to program games. I strive to go to new heights on game development by taking advantage of popular or new technologies as the world of technology continues to grow. I would love to help show the world brand new games!

Employers or project leaders: you’ll find all of my work in my web portfolio in hopes to persuade you my talents for video game development and/or any I.T. projects. Those who wish to get a hold of me can visit the “Contacts” section.
Thank you very much for your consideration! -Jonathan

i don't think a lot of people are going to proofread large amounts of text for free; often you have to pay someone for something like that. proofreading is often done at a rate of $4 a page, so this post sort of feels as if you're trying to get something for nothing...

Thanks for the warning, I suppose...
I thought there could be some generosity over here where someone can donate their time on something without money in their mind.
Probably not gonna be the case here.
