I'm pretty new here (well, less than a few minutes old), was recommended here by a friend, but I look forward to my stay!
I've gone ahead and made a small compo on my blog, nothing huge (no prizes or anything), just something fun you can compete in for a resume booster.
The compo is called the Github Name Game. Github has a random project name generator, so the idea for this is that you create a project based off whatever name you get! The time limit is two weeks, and if people donate prizes, I can do my best to manage where they go to (though no guarantee people will). If you're interested in doing this, just head over to my blog and post it in the comments there, as I'll try to keep up with this thread, but no guarantees since I am in school at the moment!
