Hey guys, I was working on something for fun, but I quite like but I have no idea what to do with it

I refined some stuff by working on this during my lunch pauses, I Like the movement, and I currently have a sort of gameplay where you can lock onto object, and pluck it (I think that the word?  ) There is also a shooting thing, but it more for fun than anything else

That would be great if some of you could try it, here are the controls :

Please play with an xbox 360 controller Smiley
  • Left stick : Move
  • Right Trigger (hold): Speed up
  • Right Stick (hold): Aim
  • LB (Hold) : Lock onto object

When the orange circle appears around an object, that mean you can lock with LB (hold) and the circle will turn blue, meaning you have that object locked and you can pluck it by moving far from it while keeping him locked

It's still a very early proto

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/46909260/LockProto/Drift.html there is the game
( rar https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/46909260/Drift.rar)

Every feedback is appreciated, thank a lot !  Kiss

I just tried it out. My thoughts below...
- movement feels really nice with 360 pad!
- you should hook up mouse aiming too.
- right trigger would work better as the activation button
- i want to move the camera.
- you need to put in logic to prevent the aim direction from snapping to a weird angle when player release right stick.
- it takes a while to pull down structures, would be better if it happened on the first tug, at least for small towers
- clean up what you are presenting. like what is this weird meter halfway in the middle of the screen? why are the instructions not spaced evenly?
- as far as gameplay goes, add some stuff you can shoot, maybe enemies are defending the towers, you need to shoot them and pull down the towers
