It seems there's a problem with first-timers seemingly misunderstanding two boards - just because of the board title wording - which leads to frequent misposts and other annoyances.
Could I suggest finding a new name for these? Because IMO that's all it would take to make those boards cleaner and more functional.

Get Togethers:
Currently there seems to be a number of people asking for collabs or showing their portfolios there. Like, "Hey, let's get together for a project!". How about the forum were called "Jams & Events" or something? That would probably be nicer on the search engines as well.

Paid Work
Unfortunately other than being swamped with revenue share projects, there are hapless people posting their portfolios here, as in "Hey, anyone got some paid work for me?" How about "Paid job offers" "Offering work (paid)" or something to that effect?

Hope this is at least being seen by the admin staff, even if it's just a "Naw, it's fine as is, go away".

Ive only been here a very short time posting, was lurking before... I quite like the business section as Its one of the areas I'm having to learn the most and has lots of great advice..

One thing that could be done is maybe being able to add tags to posts, things like "marketing" "finance" "management" "contracts" "legal" which could then be filtered for so people wouldn't need to trawl when looking for something unspecified..

Yeah I'm a big fan of the Business forum, it's good to put games in the larger context.
