Toad's total hairlessness and lack of pupils make him look like some kind of bizarre, wizened homonculus.

Somehow I always imagined him being a little more like Warwick Davis in an awesome hat.

Ahem.

And yeah, the original video is great and the terrible commentary ruins it. The 'Air' hack mentioned a few posts up is fun too, if you're the sort of person who likes hard games.
