I'm really looking forward to co-op the hell out of this game when it comes out (I feel like I'm running out of side-scroller platformers to play with my gf, it's her favorite type of game)

Oh, and about that, sorry if it has been asked before, but how do coins/items work in co-op? Is inventory shared or does each player get his/her own inventories? If so, can we save the game and come back straight to co-op with all our items?

Ah thanks so much Frosty!

I play the game with my girlfriend too haha! Except I use her for testing purposes Tongue

Basically you get your own coins, When you're at a shop you can buy something and it will pop out allowing either one of you to get it.  You also each have your own inventories. You'll be able to save the game after each level set, so if you haven't finished the level set you'll lose any items you got in there.

Exp however is currently shared, so when one of you levels up you both do. but this may change.

ALSO we're now funded!! Thank you everyone :')

Hey Pals! We have a big update as we haven't been in touch for a while.

"Greeting fellow pals and pal-ettes! Its been a crazy few weeks at castle Massive Monster and we're excited to share with you what we've been up to. We ran some internal user testing last month on a near-finished version of the game, gathered lots of feedback and notes, took a step back and got people to tell us what they really thought about The Adventure Pals. We decided that although everyone really enjoyed it, we want to make the best game we possibly can, and take it from being a good experience to a great one. So, we decided to make a few relatively big changes to some of the core systems in the game, and since then it has come on leaps and bounds! Below is a rundown of some of the biggest additions and changes we have made since the last update."

Congrats on all your success! I just found out about this game last week and got to the demo today.

The giraffe tongue glide is amazing and this game has so much charm. I wish the jumping felt slightly less slow, but everything else going on kind of makes up for that imo :D
