The trailer makes me really excited. I want this...now.
I love political games. I don't know. Maybe it's my political nature. But one's that tell a message over then "Kill some Russian's because we told you to."

Sunset is political on several layers. Hope you enjoy them all!

Every time a friend says they like Sunset, I get worried. Because Sunset wasn't made for our friends (sorry, friends!). It is an honest attempt at reaching people who haven't been able to appreciate our work before. So if people who have also like Sunset, it doesn't bode well. Similarly, on the upside, when a person whose opinion I respect expresses reservations, I get excited. Because if they don't like the game, maybe there's a chance that other people will! Yeah I'm going crazy with nerves here.

Sunset is the first Tale of Tales game I have ever brought. I didn't even know who you guys were until Sunset was announced.
A matter of fact I was watching Game Loading and thought to myself "Tale of Tales. I've heard of them. Where have I heard of them? That woman looks familiar, where have I seen her before?" Forgetting you were the sunset crew.
It's normal to be nervous. Fear of the unknown. Have you just wasted all of your time on Sunset which you could have spent doing something else? Will people like it? Will it be a buggy mess that gets very negative reviews and you have to patch to fix? These are all...unknown as of yet.
I wish you best of luck for tomorrow and the upcoming weeks/months.
I'm so excited. I can't believe it's finally here. *Fan Girl Scream*

Thanks for the encouragement!
And great that you've finally found us! Sunset is the 8th game we release (in a 12 year career)! :-)

I think these ads change over time. Which one did you see?

Haha Excellent! Haven't seen that yet. Our Sunset might be disappointing to fans of the original.

I'd just like to say congratulations on the release. Although I had quite a few problems when I first played it yesterday, I'm managed to improve some of those. Also it's turning into the game I wanted it to be and that makes me so happy. Thank you very much. To Tale of Tales and those who claim that video games can never be art. How wrong they were.

The problem: Game made me ill Soloution: Reduce FOV and change from Min to Low. But enough about that. I hope it's going well.

Yeah. This is one of the reasons why we tend to avoid first person perspective in our games. Auriea is very sensitive to motion sickness from games. It was very difficult for her to work on Sunset. She became ill many times during development.

Low sales of Sunset, our attempt to appeal to the gaming audience, are giving us the perfect excuse to try something new. I'm sure those how enjoy our games will enjoy what we make next. And the others will be pleased to see us go. So everybody is happy in the end. Here's our farewell note: http://taleoftales.tumblr.com/post/122153044077/and-the-sun-sets
