Thanks a lot.
Indeed the low-poly look&feel that could transmit the paper sensation without actually looking as if it was down with low polygon bugdet, was where we spend a lot of time and that was then reinforced by the work done with the materials and the lighting of the game.
Regards,
D.

Enemies are always an important thing in movies or games, as it puts the context for the epic size of the heroes journey, and in this case, this could not be any different. We have taken a long time to try come out with really cool enemies and villains that will make sense to the adventures that our game heroes will live in the games universe, and here a small set of the type of enemies that we will be including in our game, as to show to everyone what kind of bad guies and big bad guies they will be able to fight. I hope you like it.

The result in motion is incredible, because it really makes you feel that you are looking at small papercrafted characters that are moving in front of you. We hope that the final result will be even better.

Forgot to post in here the last submission of the screenshot saturday, in this case a character sheet showing how the characters in the game are designed and build to look just like made with paper sheets, and that allows us to make in it in real papercraft if needed.

It has been a while since we have last posted the information about the game, as we have been working hard in the background to move the game forward, and to fine tune some aspects of the level design. We have chosen for this occasion a struggle between Ryuu(Ronin) and a Origami Character, the Hawk, that he needs to capture ... for what use?? This time we have completely missed the screenshot saturday here in Tigsource, but we have been working hard on a great trailer that enlight players on what is the the game backstory and some of the main mechanics that will be made available while playing on the different platforms. We have also been playing around with the game on the XboxOne and the PS3/PS4, and we are currently waiting to move forward with the Nintendo Wii-U. Stay tune for more info on the game over the next weeks. More information on our webpage: http://www.hydra-interactive.comhttp://twitter.com/hydrainteractivhttp://twitter.com/upsidedown_game

Well, this time we will not be talking about a screenshot, but finally about the game in motion We have finally uploaded the firt gameplay footage for the game that shows how it is progressing from a point of view of mechanics and from a visual point of view. During the process, we have also created the entry on the Steam Greenlight where all endorsements and positive votes are more than welcomed. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=283102715

Well ... it has been a while since we have not updated our entry at TIGSource but things have moved a lot since our last post, and work has been very heavy on our shoulders as to be able to do so. The first news, is that we have been able to have the game greenlit at steam in a couple of weeks with a lot a positive feedback that we have collected and registered, and that we will certainly take in consideration when producing the game. The second update, is that we have been working even harder to take the game to Kickstarter in a couple of days, and that we will allow us if everything goes well, not only to make the game even more known, but also to fund it. We are very expecting on how the game will work, and we will certainly be very glad to receive support from the community. Regards D.
