Depends on the content you will be posting. Looks like there is only one article so far. I wouldn't worry much about design until there is more content. But yes right now the design reminds me of an empty canvas. Maybe just go for a warm white background for now?  Supposed to be a meditating monk, my wife saw a crying woman. I put too much detail into the face, should have stopped earlier. Or maybe I need to add more details...  |

I dunno, I like that different people can see different things - I feel like that's something that more abstract art can do that more literal / visually specific art can't.

tryna get into vector art, right is a frank frazetta trace  edit: a mod, think my colours needs some serious work and I need to figure out how to make it 'pop' without an outline  |

Yeah last one looks flat, could use some more shades. Or abandon it and keep the lesson learned. The lady is stunning. Well done on that. Frankfaces are good. I enjoy drawing with ink, even though I smear it sometimes. Middle one is for my game Raum Drive.    |

thanks for the feedback, I can't take much credit for the lady tho coz it is a trace.
I'm a big ink fan although I use those watercolour brush pens filled with ink, the results are bad but the process is enjoyable. I really like the middle one, I want to be able to do that sort of contrasty, monochrome stuff but I need to keep working on my spatial reasoning.
