There's not much, but it's kinda neat to play around with (will be a little cooler when the sound update is approved, sounds like a wind chime)

You really should post some stuff about the game in this topic.

It's interactive art, not really a game. So it's just pretty to look at and makes some sound (when apple confirms the update)

The $.99 will help me develop bigger and better games though... starving college students need money too!

Another trollish comment (the other was in the Aquaria thread). What's the point of going to indie developer forums if you just put other people down like that?

Sounds interesting. If I ever feel like blowing hundreds of dollars on an iPhone or iPod touch, I'll try it out. Tongue

This isn't SA.  Try making friends with people before you go joking around like that, so they understand it's not really what you mean.  Otherwise you just look like the new troll in town.

People here generally (and genuinely) support each other in order to make their games and the community as a whole better.  Hope that's not too gay for you to handle.

And no, this isn't a fakepost just in case you were wondering.

It looks pretty!  Is there a video of it in action anywhere?

You know, I'd record a video of it if there was any sort of iphone screen capture tool out there. Apple only gives you a screenshot tool, and there aren't ANY 3rd party screen recorders for it (not even commercial ones).

It kinda sucks cause the artist I have for my actual game doesn't have an ipod, and he basically has to judge his work based on screenshots I give him.

That explains why all the videos I see of iphone stuff tend to be via an actual video camera ...

Can you save files from your game, though?  You could try writing each frame to disk from your own code.

Why not take a recording of the mac version?  (There must be differences, I guess, and it may not do the finished work justice).

The mac version has 4096 particles, without being able to rotate the screen or multitouch it and without sound.

The ipod version has sound, 216 particles, falls in the direction of gravity, and you can multitouch it.

There's differences between them

I can, but it would be unbelievably slow to do so and render the game near impossible to play
