Thanks Wink

Actually, I was inspired by the SEGA MegaDrive manuals design. I did something similar for Super Night Riders - bellow, and plan to do that for all my games Smiley

Bonus, early shot from a new boss battle!

Hey guys Wink

Here's a few GIFs: The new boss battle, and the finite runner mini-game.

Bonus, here's a native screenshot of the game running on my GPD Win2 - The 6" handheld gaming PC.

Here in the medium quality preset, native 720p at 30 FPS locked. Quite impressed by the performance of this little thing!

Any thoughts? Smiley

Classic RPG promo material. Can't go wrong there.
I would, possibly make a variation as well, with the back character scaled a bit bigger, lowering all the rest a bit to give her room at the top.

Extremely good art. The game is shaping up really nicely. Patiently waiting for release or presale.

Cool artwork, though I'd agree that the back character could do with a bit more size. It's also driving me nuts that she's ever so slightly off-centre from the main character, though that could just be a trick of the composition  My Word!

The runner game looks like a nice little distraction  Hand Any Key

Thanks guys for the feedback Wink

Light Fairytale is currently playable from start to finish in term of exploration and events. I'm now working on the battle part which need a bit more time. Here's a couple GIFs Smiley

The tank enemy looks amazing, all the visuals continue to be super polished as well! As for the narrative, how much of it is linear and how many opportunities are there to deviate from the main path?

Really love the Final Fantasy 7 vibe and seeing all the progression. Keep it up!

Thanks guys Wink

As for the narrative, how much of it is linear and how many opportunities are there to deviate from the main path?

There are quite a few optional or alternative events that triggers when exploring the environments or talking to some NPCs. No meaningful choices to be made in episode 1, but there will be some cool variations starting with episode 2 including hidden playable characters, and eventually a different ending in the last episode.

Hey guys Wink

I've just published the theme-song Anime of Light Fairytale.

The song is called "Someday to the Blue Sky". Please check it out and leave your thoughts Smiley

Here's a few battle shots I've been working on recently:

First screen is a bit too saturated with text.
That top left corner is an unpleasing wall of text.

@eyeliner:

On the first screenshot Kuroko is using her "Augmented Reality Goggles", which is an item that displays information about everything. Here used during battle to display data about the enemies. This data builds up the more you fight, for instance damaging an unknown enemy 50 HP would display HP = 50+, but killing an unknown enemy will display his MAX HP.

In this mode, you can rotate the camera using the right analog stick, and zoom-in too for having a better view.

Oh, I see it, yes, but could you just put a frame around the text, or something?
To make it "stand out". Something like this:

The text up top is just... Bare, you know?
