Same here These images are giving off the impression that it's going to take after Ultima Underworld with bits of DooM and Quake and as Sinclair said UUW is a very good game. Also add in the usual retro worship that you get around here hence why there's a lot of holes being punched through desks. And even if that's not your thing you have to agree that those colour combinations are to die for too *squeal*. |

He should probably hire a designer for the "gameplay" then he could just do the parts he likes making, or he could just stick with creating digital toys which is what he's famous for.

I don't like people being hard on strangers like that, but you know, with great power... When one's famous one must understand that people on the internet are not being hard on them but on the outfacing personality they represent, their internet avatar. And the celebrity called Notch (not the individual called Markus Persson, who nobody here knows), comes across as a bit non-committing even if very talented. |

After the whole Elder Scrolls debacle, Notch is just going to make a minecraft/elder scrolls crossover with a procedurally generated world, lots of pointless items and NPCs and a really disappointing final boss.
So, Elder Scrolls with a procedurally generated world.
