The main character looks like he has a clay pot for a head to me. Is that what it is?

Added a new weapon: The Lightning Gun If it hits an enemy, it'll chain to other nearby enemies. It doesn't deal any damage, but it will stun enemies for a couple seconds, giving you a chance to regroup, escape, or get some free hits in. It can also be used to open doors suffering from a power outage.

Sweet weapon. But the projectile doesn't look that much like lightning.

Beware the curse of the undefeatable Golden Ninja This enemy, while slow, can not only walk through walls, but move from zone to zone in search of the player. They are also invulnerable... or... perhaps mostly invulnerable?

Made a new enemy type. These ninjas will seek out the rations in a level, eat them, then clone themselves.

Ninjas Hiding in Crates Also, as a side note, my other project, Bandits and Bounties, is currently on Kickstarter with 11 days to go. One of the backer rewards is a bundle of games which will include this Ninja Outbreak.

I like the concept of ninjas as horror enemies in a game. It's not done often, but it's very appropriate.
I'm interested in knowing more about what is happening in that gif in your second post, where ninjas appear in the corner of the screen and keep pace with the player, but then vanish when approached. Is this supposed to be the player character hallucinating/becoming paranoid, and seeing ninjas where there are none? Or was it just an early test version where that was "supposed" to happen?

Thanks, guys!
Anyway, the ninja is teleporting. I may end up adding some sort of effect in there to make that more clear.

I could use some testers. If anyone's interested in playing a beta build and providing feedback, let me know.
