Interesting project!
I might be overcautious, but, to me, the need to install Adobe Air is a no-no.
I'm scared of polluting my system with yet another execute-on-start application which, I fear, might daunt me with endless compulsory upgrade requests in the future, make each bootstrap slower, and inordinately consume resources, even when not used (which would be next to always), unless I make an effort to keep it under constant check -- which takes continuous awareness (in a word: a bloatware; Adobe has quite a reputation for them). Maybe this particular one is less of a pain in the neck than my fears suggest -- I find diverging opinions on the web -- but I'd rather not take the chance.
tl;dr: maybe there's a way to make this accessible without Adobe Air? (I'm a PC windows-based user)

You actually don't need to download air for the full game. Just unzip it and run the exe.
(The demo is still an air installer. I need to remake the demo as a captive runtime bundle.)

Ninja Outbreak on GameJolt Fireside: http://fireside.gamejolt.com/post/ninja-outbreak-npcwhcpxAnd Alex Plays Ninja Outbreak: (Also, I posted an update which should hopefully fix the problem the two let's players were having where the sound wasn't coming back even after respawning or when the Ninja wasn't near. Although, I was having difficulty recreating the glitch, so I'm not 100% sure it's fixed. If anyone runs into the issue, let me know.

I have a question, what's the estimated length time to clear this game?

Should take a couple of hours to get through. (Depends on how much of a completionist you are) Also, I've been doing a series of commentary videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7UBxuRqtX8o
