Hey, i'm asking if anyone can help me improve on my pixel art character, most notably a walk animation, because i'm having quite the trouble trying to come up with one.

All help is appreciated

Um...there's really not much anyone can say in answer to this...30 seconds with a search engine should find you more walk-cycle references and tutorials than you can shake a stick at. Also you didn't show any work, so there's nothing to critique even if someone wanted to help...

In general, I think you're better off roughing in the animation with stick figures (probably in a higher resolution?) to get the motion and proportions right, blocking in the shapes, and then doing the pixel version.
