It has a pretty ugly design, but the concept sounds great. The only thing I'm wary of is having to pay for the 3G network.

Resilient budget retro open-ish console? Quite possibly a very good idea.

I wouldn't buy it even if it were launched here though, I have no desire for it.

TecToy is known around here as the company who still sells Mega Drives for around the same price as PS2s.
