Hey there. My friend chegr recently changed his email from a @gmail.com email to a @yandex.ru email and is now banned.

I know that the blocking of .ru addresses is a spam-related thing, but you do not make that clear in your rules, and he has an account in good standing with posts that clearly aren't spam, so I feel that this ban is more than a bit unfair. (I assume it's automated as well - not accusing you guys of anything, of course.)

The rules say another member can raise the issue, so I'm doing him the favor of asking: could you please remove the ban (and if necessary to do so, change his email back)?
