Glad to hear that the project's still kicking!

It's a bit weird to see all the death animations play at the exact same time when we could see the bullet flying through...maybe just adds some random waiting time for each enemy?

See you there guys!

This is indeed weird! Will see how to improve that. Thanks for the input Smiley

Have you considered bringing the game over to the UK for Rezzed this April?

This is a link to the page if you can make it.

I'm hoping to take Mable there, even if it's just on my crappy old notebook!

I usually tune out stuff with zombies in as I'm not a fan, but a gameplay video of this popped up on my Twitter feed and now I'm very interested. Didn't realise it had Lemmings-like gameplay. If it's half as good as Lemmings then you are onto a good thing. I'm following this now.

Oh man, I just found out about this project and have been binge-watching clips of it for a good chunk of today -

The visual style is super smooth and the gameplay looks like a blast - it's one of those "why hasn't this been done before?" moments of inspirational design. I'll also be following this!

First of all, congratulations on getting greenlit and being on sale right now on steam.

I played the game for 45 minutes but unfortunately I couldn't get into it and stopped after that (to be honest, I felt like stopping after 30 minutes but I really wanted to like this game so I made an extra "effort").

The graphics are definitely the strong point. Everything is looking great, absolutely everything. I'm not sure about the choice of making everything black and white, not sure in the end it benefits the game but it does set the mood.

There is one thing which really got on my nerves and made me stop however: the waiting.

Zombies move in one direction and change direction if they hit a wall. Sometimes though, if the zombies are walking a long corridor, this is a MAJOR pain (capsized for emphasis). Like if you don't react quick enough for them to go up or down stairs and have to wait for them to hit a wall to go back in your direction, that was a game breaker for me. It annoyed me a bit at first but after a few tries on a level where I had to do this continually, I gave up.

Sure there's the fast forward option but it's still way too slow. I hope you guys bring up a fast fast forward option to cut down on those waiting times. I don't remember Lemmings having *that* much dead time where you were just waiting for them to reach a point walking.

Fun strategic games shouldn't equate with a minority of interactivity with a majority of waiting staring at the screen.

EDIT: Also noticed you wrote "apocalypse" with two "p" on the poster, is that a typo of a pun with App?
