Ha ha, fuck. I was thinking of this:

In Polish we use the same word for all the screw types - a screw is a screw. I don't know how do you call ones with hexagonal heads in English.

- Gear/Cog completes Mechanism
- Bird Seed attracts Birds (works with most creatures + food type)
- Pliers bend Small Metal
- Matches/Lighter lights Candle/Fire
- Screwdriver removes Screws (or puts them in)

Sorry TeeGee, though it's interesting how language barriers can potentially stand in the way of games. British people run into this problem all the time with American games and books. Wrench = spanner, biscuit = cookie, and so many other ones. It's often useful to know about these when naming items in games.

Can we please keep this to item combinations, rather than random items from games, and puzzles that exist?

Okay, based on this, here's Valter's one:

From Dizzy:
Hay/Dried Leaves + Torch beside door = DOOR ON FIRE
DOOR ON FIRE plus jug of water = DOOR NO LONGER ON FIRE

That one's in three of them, I think.

Sticky Glove + Excalibur stuck in stone = King Dizzy
Lightning Conductor + Pissed off Genie = Wakes up Dozzy
Eat me cake + Giant Daisy = Even gianter Daisy, game over
