That sucks but I hope you can back into it soon. thank you. i have never yearned to run before, but now i feel jealous at the sight of joggers. life is a most interesting journey That reminds me of one time in high school, I went to the doctor for something(I don't remember what it was) but they found my pancreas/liver/appendix/something I can't remember what organ it was was inflamed so I couldn't do any heavy duty physical activity for like a month. The worst part was I was taking weight training(going to school to lift weights and get swole!? One of my favorite classes!) and it was torture not being able to work out like everyone else >_> all I wanted to do was bench or leg press or curl something but I couldn't because I doctors note saying I couldn't.

Ok thank you. I could become a vainglorious rabbit one day but at least what I've done here is something that benefits more than one person so I can't deny.
I did some (new) aerobic exercise for a few days, what I believe is I am weak because my true aerobic muscle shrank, it used to make me feel way stronger when I was a little kid. To avoid activating anaerobic muscle that I already built up I focus on breathing and only move with a limited amount of force. Just for reference I couldn't raise my arms up halfway with aerobic muscle the first day I was practicing and it should feel effortless when done right.

I eat one green every day and do only one-half of a push-up each day. I think I am starting off steady. B)

You have to start somewhere. I've been diet/exercising for a little over a year now, but before that I was too focused on game dev and didn't go to the gym for like 3 years and ate really cheap(so crappy, like mostly ramen noodles) I was so sad to see how far I'd slipped but if you keep at it, you'll get those glorious gains~! And now I'm in even better shape than I was before, thanks to eating more for my body type(endomorph, I put on fat easily so keeping carbs low is the key. A keto-like diet with lots of protein is the way to go) So yeah keep at it :D

I think I'll diet, my testosterone is low because of my stomach fat. So I admit, I will be hypocritical, so long as my stomach is wider than my chest I'll keep trying to diet. More importantly, I must use self control to stay within a routine, because eventually the testosterone makes all the risks seem to vanish and I'll probably wish I was chasing cars or something.

Keto is really good for losing fat, I've had excellent results. It's really hellish in the beginning(first like month and a half for me)
I have abs and the only time I've had that was when I tried dieting to be really skinny(I was 140 lbs but also scrawny. Now I'm like 175ish) now I'm lean and I got some MASS to me.
Basically it's worked well in regards to dropping fat + building muscle(if you do high protein high fat diet)
Of course don't do it if you have some medical issues that would be effected by drastric diet changes :x

i strongly urge everyone here to consult with a medical professional, instead of an internet message board for hunch backed computer oafs, when making any kind of decision involving radical diet changes.

I actually ate a soup and broccoli diet and talked about it on this forum before. I gained the weight I lost up until now so I hovered between 25 lbs.
At least now I know it wasn't the broccoli that did it.
@Superb joe I checked my neck for goiters during.
